Lead end-to-end HR implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Deliver input to strategy documents for data migration, testing, training and reporting. Coordinate system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the HR system components and integrations function correctly and meets all specified requirements.
